The filter is applied for changing data on brightness distortions of the image. The balanced image should have an even histogram, that means, at the image there should be pixels with all brightness values.
Parameters Left point X,Y and Right point X,Y indicate coordinates for placing the line of transformation at the histogram (More detailed information is contained in the Histogram section).
