The problem is usually the difference in version (the driver does not fit the program).

The solution is to reinstall the software and driver either from the provided disk, or with altamisoft.com, alelso.ru

U3MOS camera is recognized as a usb 2.0 camera (USB 2.0 is being written in brackets)

1. Check for the absence of the PointGrey host controller in the device list (for the built-in usb 3.0 controllers)

1. The device should not have a PointGrey host adapter (the user can install the wrong driver). If it is, then remove the driver and put the manufacturer driver.
